Home Elevators & Lift Products, LLC provides this Limited Warranty for its residential elevators and The Carolina Lift, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. This warranty is designed to assure customers of the quality, durability, and reliability of our products when used under normal residential conditions.

Warranty Coverage

We warrant that our residential elevators and Carolina Lifts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Parts Warranty

All covered components are warranted for two (2) years from the date of installation.

Labor Warranty

Labor related to the repair or replacement of warranted parts is covered for one (1) year from the date of installation.

We warrant that our residential elevators and Carolina Lifts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Parts Warranty

Labor Warranty

Labor related to the repair or replacement of warranted parts is covered for one (1) year from the date of installation.

Maintenance Requirement:

To maintain warranty coverage, bi-annual preventative maintenance must be performed by one of our qualified technicians. Failure to complete required maintenance may result in denial of warranty claims.

Warranty Determination:

All warranty claims are subject to evaluation at the sole discretion of Home Elevators & Lift Products, LLC. We reserve the right to inspect the equipment and determine whether a reported issue is covered under this Limited Warranty.

When a claim is approved, warranty service will be provided at no charge for covered parts and labor during the applicable warranty periods.

Exclusions:

This Limited Warranty does not apply to damages, defects, or failures resulting from any of the following:

  • Acts of God, including but not limited to lightning strikes, flooding, or other natural events.

  • Abuse, misuse, or neglect of the equipment.

  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.

  • Failure to operate the elevator in accordance with the instructions and guidelines provided.

  • Damage caused by lack of recommended maintenance or improper care.
