Limited Warranty
Home Elevators & Lift Products LLC provides the following limited warranty on its residential elevators and Carolina Lift, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
Warranty Coverage
The company warrants that its residential elevators and Carolina Lifts shall be free from defects in materials and worksmanship under normal residential use:

Parts warranty: Two (2) year from the date of installation.

Labor warranty: One (1) year from the date of installation.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages, defects, or failures resulting from:

Acts of God, including but not limited to lightning strikes or flooding.

Abuse, misuse, or neglect of the product.

Unauthorized modifications or alterations.
-
Failure to operate the equipment in accordance with the provided instructions.
-
Damage caused by the failure to maintain the equipment as recommended.
Maintenance Requirement
This warranty is contingent upon the completion of bi-annual preventative maintenance by one of our qualified technicians. Failure to perform such maintenance may result in denial of warranty coverage.
Warranty Determination
All warranty claims are subject to the sole discretion of Home Elevators & Lift Products LLC. The company reserves the right to inspect and determine whether any claimed defect or issue is covered under this limited warranty. Warranty service, when approved, will be provided without charge for parts or labor during the applicable warranty periods.
